3. Online Ordering
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: item unavailability, store closure, inability to verify payment, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice. Sales tax of 8.75% is applied at checkout.
4. Payment
We accept credit and debit card payments processed securely through Stripe. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order including applicable taxes and any tip you choose to add. All sales are final once your order has been prepared.

Opt-In & Consent: By checking the "Send me order updates via text" checkbox during checkout and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Bánh Mì Blvd regarding your order.
Types of Messages: You may receive messages including order confirmation, estimated pickup time, order ready notification, and order status updates.
Message Frequency: You will receive approximately 1–4 text messages per order you place. Message frequency depends on the status updates for your specific order.
Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's standard messaging rates will apply to all SMS messages sent and received. Bánh Mì Blvd is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS order notifications. You can still place orders on our website.

Supported Carriers: SMS messaging is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Marketing: We will never send you marketing or promotional text messages. All SMS messages are strictly transactional and related to orders you have placed.

5. Pickup Orders
All online orders are for in-store pickup at our location: 2738 Sunrise Blvd #2, Rancho Cordova, CA 95742. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup. Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be discarded.
6. Party Tray Orders
Party tray orders require advance notice (minimum 24 hours). A specific pickup date and time must be selected during checkout. We reserve the right to decline party tray orders that cannot be accommodated.
7. Promotions
Promotions (such as "Buy 4 Bánh Mì, Get 1 Free") are applied automatically at checkout and are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
8. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchen handles common allergens including wheat, eggs, soy, fish, peanuts, and shellfish. We cannot guarantee that any menu item is free from allergens. Customers with allergies should use the special instructions field or contact us directly.
9. Limitation of Liability
Bánh Mì Blvd provides its website and services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
